**NOTE: Please ensure you have completed the medical respirator questionnaire on MyIMR and it has been cleared by the MDG. Unlike respirators, gas masks walk-ins do not require the medical questionnaire. Also, please do not schedule all the masks. Consult with your RP Manager and read the RP Plan.**

[Respirators]: Appointment only. Tuesdays 0800-1600 & Wednesdays 0800-1500.
[Gas Masks]: Walk-Ins only. Monday-Friday 0800-1600.
